Love this knife!!
This knife is exactly as advertised. It has great weight and good balance.I’ve been warned about Damascus steel rusting quickly, but I’ve cut lemons and limes, and washed it with water with no hints of rust. I only removed the excess shipping oil and haven’t used soap on it yet. I expect wiping it with mineral oil will be part of the occasional maintenance.It will definitely be a showpiece whenever in use it. I’m very excited for this one.
