Very Solid Feeling and Weighty Pan
These are my new favorite go-to pans. They clean up so easily and they feel very sturdy, weighty, and durable. The slopes on the sides are a little steeper than I'm used to, so I'm having to adjust how I throw food into the air. (Edit: I have adapted, and the weight of the bigger pan has accelerated my food-tossing into something I think of as air scrambling. Tilt forward and shake vigorously back and forth. It works well for chunky things like stir-fry, fried rice, etc... I lose a few grains of rice doing that, but the bigger pan would probably injure my wrist eventually with a whole lot of tossing. My wrist should adapt if I don't overdo it.The bottom is bare stainless steel and it stays put on a standard electric burner—no sliding around. The edges of the pan are formed so that if I'm transferring something that's liquid, there's no drip down the side of the pan when I'm through pouring. I can simply put the pan down without having to worry about drippings getting on the stove or anywhere else. I don't know if this design was intentional or not, but it's one of my favorite features.I would like to have seen these without the rivets on the inside of the pan; some have them, some don't. That's the only thing I don't like, but I like everything else so much that I can live with them. If the rivets have to be placed like that to increase the pan's lifespan and make it feel so durable, I can live with that reasoning. It's just that those rivets are sometimes a scrubbing point for certain foods, not because they're sticking, but because they build up around the rivets and I have to work my sponge around at all angles to make sure I get everything off. I can spend more time cleaning that one area than the rest of the entire pan, handle and all.I'm so happy with these that I would like to buy other pieces to go with them, even if they have rivet heads inside the pan.

Great quality pan
This pan is the real deal.Excellent quality overall. Will last you a long time of treated correctly.Couple things to note:This version is the stainless steel core, not aluminum.Pro: It will last longerCon: It is heavierThe lid is also very quality, however the handle will get a bit hot after simmering (just be aware. It's not too hot for me, but is too hot for others in my house without a potholder)I've tried a couple of these ceramic coated pans and this one is BY FAR the toughest and most quality right out of the box. It's not even close especially for the price.Highly recommend 👍

Very happy with these!
Love these pans! I'm going as toxic free as I can and ceramic coated pans is the way to go for cooking. These came up on an internet search as one of the top 5 ceramic coated pan sets and I agree. Very easy to clean, faster to cook with than my prior Teflon coated heavy pans. You have to learn to cook with them...follow the instructions they come with.

Absolutely perfect
What can I say but these pots and pans and absolutely beautiful in every way. The advertising photos on Amazon do not do them justice as pretty as these are. They are 100% times more beautiful in person and very solid. Have not used them yet but will soon. Hand washed in warm soapy water with a soft sponge. One thing I would change would be the 2 side handles on the stock pot. For such a beautiful sturdy pot, they should be thicker. Would really boost the look of this set making a “homerun”Other than that - amazing set. I do not regret one bit getting them.

Started out good but food stuck within a month
First, the good. These pans are heavy and built like a tank. They are great looking and no doubt would give many years of service, however...We followed all directions and warnings regarding not using heat too high, since sure enough, these pans do conduct heat very well. We never burned any items while cooking, but within 1 month ordinary foods were sticking such as meats, some vegetables, and sauces, not to mention eggs (fried and scrambled, etc.).Despite the pan being a non-stick pan, we always use oil or butter to cook so this review is not based on unrealistic expectations of an egg sliding right out of a dry pan like you'd see on commercials. This is based on very realistic expectations and use of myself, my wife, one college grad, one college aged daughter, and a high-school junior, all of whom have been taught extensively how to cook by both my wife and I.We cook at least 5 nights a week, and many times more during the day for lunches, etc. so we use our cookware a lot, and have yet to find a non-stick pan that is able to withstand this level of use. But it is very disappointing that these two pans have given up after just 1 month of use. We are limping along with them, but probably going to have to go back to our normal mode of just buying dirt cheap non-stick pans from the local discount home good outlet every month or so.Very let down.

“Nonstick”, huh?…
Great nonstick surface until you want to coat the bottom of the pan with bacon grease, butter…Some coatings like this, don’t even stick to it and leave it “naked”, so some foods do, particularly my fried eggs. Some things will also burn to the surface and can’t be removed or scrubbed off. Still, the surface is nonstick, but it’s stained with burnt on residue.

Price is higher than I have paid in the past for cookware, but it’s worth every penny!
This is the third piece of green pan cookware I have bought. It cooks food very well at a low heat and cleans up easily. Does not stick and I really like the looks of it in my kitchen.

Should've gotten these sooner.
Our old, worn-out pots and pans took forever to get hot.... Purchased these and used for the first time yesterday, a few skillets for steak, eggs, and potatoes. Oil for the potatoes, butter for the steak, and then just what was left over for the eggs. Heated quickly, cleaned easily. Nothing stuck. Pot/pan and top handles did not get hot! Shipping was fast and all the pots/pans were contained within cardboard cutouts. I visually inspected each upon removal. No defects. Also, the ceramic coating shines bright, like a diamond. Yes, I did sing that song while cooking. Highly recommend!!!
