Absolutely LOVE my new set. The storage case is a hard case, has a nice handle for carrying and everything velcro's in so its not thrashing around when you carry it. Items are a pink matte finish. Will order more sets later for xmas gifts.

Hair dryer perfect!!! Curling wand loose and protective glove left alot to be desired. Straightener pulls my hair every time I try and use it.

I like the product however the case it came with had something all over it and it had to be thrown out which is a bummer because it was a nice sturdy case for carrying your hair stuff around in.
