Does this have the same cases as crime city? Or are the cases different?

There are currently(as of 4 July 2023) three different MicroMacro: Crime City game sets - original, All In(with blue text), and Full House(with green text). Each game set has a new map and completely different cases.

Is this the English version?

Yes. That looks like the one I bought.
