Q: Is this easy to remove without leaving a sticky residue? i have an inward opening door so would like to take it down over winter. maybe wd40?

Hi this a good screen and the velcro sticks very well to pvc windows and door frames. Why not just remove the screen and leave the velcro base in place on the frame so you can easily replace the screen for each season. The screen comes with one half of the velcro already firmly applied on it. Hope this helps.

Q: Can this be stuck to wooden frame

I think they would be more secure if you used drawing pins or something similar. Mine are stuck to a PVC door. I would recommend them.

My doors open inwards it is fitted on the outside with the small tacks aswell as the velcro there are really good I've just ordered my second one excellent quality

There’s an edging strip but I’ve tucked mine up and used fabric glue instead of cutting, hope that helps. Suggest getting the black colour as firstly you can see the the magnets and secondly the black is more transparent than the white.
