Made a difference but was not as strong as I thought. More for occasional maintenance of a clean bowl than to clear an already dirty bowl.

Does the job
I use these to help keep the toilet clean once a week. A fresh lemon smell when you open the packet, just put the tablet in your toilet bowl and it will freeze and start the cleaning process. Good results.

It doesn't foam or clean
The pills don't do anything, there's no foam so it just dissolves in the water so it can only technically clean up until where the water level reaches. However didn't even clean the bottom of the toilet bowl. Waste of time and money.
