Works very well
Purchased this for my mother to replace her rolling walker. The rolling walker got away from her causing her to fall. Luckily she wasn’t hurt bad, just bruised & sore. She felt more secure & steady with her standard Medicare issued walker but couldn’t carry anything. (not to mention it’s so much wider) This would not fit on the standard walker so I the purchase the walker they made. I had to take the wheels off her standard walker because the larger wheels made it too tall for her. (she’s 4’10”). Easy to pull the tray up and down doesn’t take up the entire top of the walker giving her room to walk “inside”. I put tennis balls on the front so she can slide over the hardwood floors easier. It’s a little thinner than I had hoped but is sturdy enough to carry a drink & plate of food. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t fold the walker up but that’s a minor thing. My mother loves it & is more confident walking around. Gives me piece of mind knowing she’s steadier & safer on her feet. I would recommend this, even if you have to purchase the walker too.

Great invention for walkers
Absolutely love this tray. Fits perfect on my Drive 10201 walker. Let's you stand up straight when walking as the tray doesn't get in the way. You can slide it out of the way when not in use. That way you don't have to go looking for your tray sitting in the corner somewhere. It has 2 different size cup holders and an inch high lip completely around the tray. I have had so many people ask me about the tray and I show them how it works. Two people I know have already bought this tray and love it.

Does not fit Invacare 6291-3F walker.
This tray does not fit the Invacare Model 6291-3F walker. The legs of the walker are too far apart for the tray assembly to fit.

Fits PERFECTLY on the Drive Medical Deluxe 2-Button Walker, Model 10210-1 (Sits Level on it)
It seems that finding a walker and tray that fit together is a difficult task. I read other reviews, where people went through 3 or 4 combos of walkers and trays, returning one or the other until they got a pair that fit. You would think manufacturers would make it easier to figure out which tray(s) fit a particular walker. With only a week to go until my hip replacement surgery, I knew I had to get it right. I would not have time to return one or the other. After much searching and reading reviews, I figured out that this tray was pretty much made for the Drive Medical Deluxe 2-Button Walker, Model 10210-1. You can find that walker here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001HOM4U2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1Other reviews mentioned that this tray tilts/doesn't sit level. It sits PERFECTLY LEVEL on my walker. I think it's because they're both manufactured by the same company. The cup holders are perfect. I love that they are two different sizes. A regular-sized water bottle and latte cups fit perfectly in the smaller size, and most of my coffee mugs fit snugly in the larger one. I am a heavy coffee drinker, so I'm up and down all day to the coffee maker. I have not spilled even a drop of coffee while transporting it on this tray.I love that this tray gives me some independence while healing from surgery. My family isn't constantly having to bring me something. I transport it, myself. I have even folded small loads of laundry on my tray, which makes me feel useful to my family. That means a lot to me.The tray folds up and down very easily, and I love that I have room to stand slightly inside of my walker while walking. The trays that fit on top don't give you as much room to walk, in my opinion. It did come unattached on one side when I folded my walker, but it reattached very easily. This particular walker stays in my home, so I don't use the fold feature.Overall, I really love this tray, and the feeling of independence it gives me.

Could be better
I purchased this item because, since it was the same brand and offered the correct measurements, I was fairly sure it would fit the walker I had gotten from my surgeon's medical equipment supplier. It is a little challenging to snap into place on the walker, but is tight and secure once it's attached. My main problem with the tray is that the plastic is just soft enough that it's difficult to force the tray either up or down without chewing on the guide slots a little bit. If the tray required a lot of up and down adjusting, it seems to me that the guides would eventually wear out and make the thing unusable, and it really is more of a hassle to re-configure up or down than it ought to be. The tray is also not level in an upright extended position, but tilts at a two or three degree angle. Although there is a 1/2 inch lip around the edge of the tray to keep things from sliding off, the tilt can make carrying something with a smooth bottom a bit of a challenge; I've gotten around it by placing a flat, rubberized pot holder underneath food items (for example) I'm taking to another room to keep its container from slipping. Also be advised that anything of substantial weight is also capable of tipping the entire walker, so be careful. This tray is a good value for the money, but be advised it's not perfect.
