Near East couscous was easy to prepare and the spice blend is spot-on for me and my kids (we don't like spicy stuff). The seasoning blend is perfectly balanced - there's no one flavor that overpowers the others - you can taste garlic, rosemary, thyme and other herbs and the olive oil rounds it together nicely. It's like a symphony in your mouth, and every note shines through. The aftertaste is very pleasant as well.The boxes are small: one box works as a side for my two kids, and they could easily eat all of it if it was served by itself.At the time of this review the price is a bit high - wait for it to go on sale and give it a try - it's well worth it!

This is a great boxed couscous. Unfortunately what ships is not the pictured product. This is the fine couscous not the pearled couscous. Unable to return because it’s a good product.The 1 star is not for the quality of the product but for the quality of the shippingJust a heads up.

This, and the other flavors of Near East brand couscous, are all incredibly delicious and easy to prepare. The Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil flavor is perhaps the most versatile as it pairs well with just about anything but I love the Mediterranean Curry Couscous as well as I cook many Middle Eastern dishes. From time to time I find them at grocery stores but most stores stock primarily the Near East rice and only occasionally the couscous. I have gotten into the habit of ordering a 12 pack of both on Amazon as it brings down the price dramatically as opposed to ordering smaller amounts or even buying them in the store. I use them so often that having that many on hand is not a problem. Love, love, love these products!

Great value for the money and the flavor was so good!

Local grocery stores had been out of this for a month so hopped on Amazon and purchased here. Was about 75% more expensive but family enjoys and this was the only place to get it.

This Couscous is so versatile I love him I can use them in place of grits, noodles, spaghetti and even without the seasoning packet add cinnamon and keto approved sugar substitutes for something sweet.

Product arrived, correct flavor and style which is why it gets two stars. However every single package of couscous had a fully opened seasoning packet that should be sealed. This causes the seasonings to get clumped up and mixed into the rest of the couscous. Very irritating that now i have 8 remaining boxes that don’t cook as they normally should. I would not buy again.
