I love this product for its quality, fit, and overall feel - using it as a heat pack or ice pack for my knee. The downside is it doesn't retain the desired temperature too long. It's hot or cold for about 3 minutes and it quickly reaches room temperature in comparison with other heat/cold packs. I have to say, I love the filling in it though (its these tiny balls like in a bean bag), because it wraps around any part of your body perfectly as opposed to ice packs that take a while to defrost to adjust to your body...

Perfect size and very comfortable. Has such a warm moist feeling after heating that helps for pain relief.Price is verry good and with a year warranty you cannot go wrong. We ordered the 7 X l7 inch. Received it February 28 and highly recommend.

Held the heat for a bit, but was smaller than I expected and i wish it got hotter. The smell was ratchet though. It works okay, just wish it covered more.

This heating pad is great! I have some compressed discs in my back and use it at night before bed to relieve the achiness and increase blood flow to the area. I heat it for 1 minute, refold it, and then heat it for another minute and the temp is just right (not directly on my skin). The chenille fabric is super soft and it is well made. I bought a second one to have at our son's house.
