Wow! Seriously. I am hooked. Pure love.
Seriously, five stars is true, I love it! At first, i was like, what is Ghee? What the heck would I want to use it for? Then, one of my friends whom I completely trust in matters of health and nutrition explained the many benefits of ghee. So, I thought I’d try it sometime, some day, when I got around to it.Well, after stepping on the scale, I decided I should try something! Sooner, rather than later! So, I looked into this thing called “Whole 30” because my friends were talking about it and my Dr. also recommended it. Turns out, Whole 30 recommend (kind of require) using ghee too! So, my fate was sealed, I had to try it! After looking at a few of my local grocery stores, I had no luck. So, I had to drive all the way to a whole foods, or try to find a local co-op or something. Well, convenience got the best of me and I just bought it online. I’m so glad I did!I really loved the #whole30 diet. I will continue to use many of the principles and recipes in my daily life. So, I’ve tried a few different ghees now and I have to say, I LOVE this one! I really like it for a few reasons. One the texture, two the taste, and three the way it is made! Have you ever done a grass fed butter taste test? I know, probably not. Well, let me tell you, grass fed wins. The same is true here! Grass fed ghee wins!I like to use it to cook eggs and make sure that they don't’ stick to the pan. If I feel indulgent, I will use a little extra and fry the eggs just a bit to make them crispy. It makes a really delicious “fried” taste that doesn’t give me guilt afterwards! It is also really delicious to melt a little on veggies and either stir fry or roast! #Roastedveggiesforlife. It really brings out the delicious natural flavor of the veggies without a lot of heavyiness. One of my favorite way to uses this though, is chicken! I love using it for pan seared chicken. When I have it with chicken or any other meat, it is a great way to get a pan seared delicious coating that doesn’t feel greasy or heavy. The nice texture that this ghee has makes it easy to use, just like butter, but with much better taste and satisfaction! Also, of course, the bullet coffee craze! That is such a great way to start the day when I make a little extra time for it. I really do feel a difference when I add this to my coffee. Much more sustained throughout the day. What a treat.I hope everyone can give this a try! I really don’t think you’d regret it!

One of the best ones out there for sure
If you eat a lot of ghee like I do you know a good one when you find it and this is a good one. Its got the right taste, smell, and butteriness (if that’s a word)Maybe I’m a little too obsessed with ghee but I can eat this with a spoon right out of the jar.I’ve been using it in anything that I would normally use butter or oil olive in, that includes baking.I also put it in my coffee in the morning because I’m trying the bulletproof coffee thing. I can’t really taste it but it seems to give me energy. All ghee isn’t created equal and this one is definitely one of the better ones out there. I've probably tried at least 10 different kinds and this was one of my favorites.

Meh
Meh, I wasn't impressed. I had never had Ghee before and thought it was going to be something special.Regular old butter works fine and tastes good.

Flavor is good, but don't like the texture as much as other ghees. So maybe a B+, instead of an A+
I have tried many types of ghee, grass fed (supposedly) and this was okay. The flavor is good and I like the company, seems a wee bit expensive per ounce. I ordered it thinking it was a larger size than it was, so I was trying to find a brand I like as much as my usual brand, (sorry, can't think of it now,) but I ended up not saving. My husband, with his efficient metabolism, slathers ghee on more things than you can think of, but his one complaint and something I noticed, too, about this one, is that it was somehow much "thinner," and even slightly watery, which I've not noticed in other brands. Not sure why this is, but that was slightly creepy somehow. I probably would not recommend it, although as far as the flavor and quality in terms of how these process and make it, and the ethics of the company was of higher standard. I've had worse. So if you don't mind a thinner consistency, you would probably like it.

Best tasting ghee on Amazon
I have been trying out a lot of the organic Ghee butters on Amazon and I think I found a winner! This ghee has the most rich and buttery taste I have yet to taste. It’s absolutely delicious! It’s definitely my favorite so far. The packaging was secure and the shipping was fast. I recommend you give this Ghee butter a try!

More buttery deliciousness
I've tried several brands of ghee. This one has more butter flavor, probably because it's from grass fed cows. The cooking quality is great, it has a higher smoke point than butter which helps me avoid the burned butter flavors one can have when browning foods in butter. This brand is now a staple in my kitchen.

smashed!
This product came completely smashed and the oil was all over the box and the entire contents. Completely destroyed before arrival. AND I was stuck cleaning it up. The fact I can not return or have any recourse to be compensated is a scam. I am unhappy with this purchase 100%.

smooth & creamy texture
Edited: I found this had a sour aftertaste but when my friend tried it- they didn’t get that- only the sweet taste (I’ve tried several brands and this was the only one that wasn’t my favorite so far). The texture was smooth & creamy, very nice- I think it’s worth a try as others have very good reviews too.
