They do cool but don't stay stuck on skin very well.

They help cool very very well but always having to press the patch back down as they don’t stick very well.

They work for 2 min max and don't stick for very long. They also have an odd smell but it's not offensive. If you have light skin it leaves a blue stain. The good this is the quantity the bad this is the quality.
