I have this exact chair. I used it once and hung it in my garage. It’s now full of mildew. Any ideas on how to clean it?

There are a few good mold/mildew cleaners that don’t have bleach in them. Use a scrub brush and a hose. Let it dry in the sun. When it’s dry spray with scotchguad for out door water protection.

Will the cover come off so it could be monogrammed?

Sorry. The fabric isn't removable.

Why can’t I get the back of chair to go back?? It seems stuck!

I have found that you need to be sitting in the chair to anchor it down and then you can raise the arms and release them to the full reclining position.
