Hiboy Custy 4life!
So, Ive only rode my KS4pro a few times and seems great as expected, BUT this review is more about my 1st Hiboy purchase, the S2pro. Both are very similar, the KS4 however has the improvements which you will see/read about elsewhere.I bought my S2pro for $500 total on black friday of 2022...and it is still going strong with no problems whatsoever. Ive said 2 many peeps, best 5 bills I ever spent. The thing is a straight up super trooper. I dont ride it too often though (2-3 times a week ) and i take good care of it. Things ive done to help it last: I dont drain the battery, its been below 40% a few times but most always above 70. I dont plug it in right after use. And always take it out on a full charge. Riding tips: Try to wheelie over bumps as to not bang that front wheel or damage the main brace/weld they say gives out. Dont jump it off curbs. When i go over speed bumps I lean back to ride over more smoothly. Going up hills. Don't use full power, take your time. And if possible, zig and zag or snake your way up, dont strain the motor by going head on. The motor, be easy on it at first, break it in the first few weeks. Or if you can stand it use the easy drive/comfort mode...dont red line it, especially for long periods. The 19mph can be dangerous, I had 1 bad wipe out where a stopping car's front bumper was 3ft from my head. When i quickly braked going 15mph or so i also turned sharp. This made the front tire instantly slide out from me and i went flying forward off the scooter.I use mine in Saint Louis, and the roads and drivers are pretty rough. Be alert, dont be a scooter jack victim. I do a lot of Erin's and grocery shopping with it. I just throw it in the shopping cart :) If you do lock it up use a u-bolt or one of those folding ones, avoid chains or cables. Now get this! Im 47yo and weigh between 230-240, currently the later. And i will hang 50-60 pounds worth of groceries on the handlebars, a little in my back pack too. I swear its true. I weighed it all once home just to see how extreme of weight I do put on it. They say max should be 220lbs...Im going up hills (pretty slow) with 300lbs on it! Telling you, I love this thing...thats why I bought the Sk4, I plan to rotate the usage or use the Sk for further distances now. Oh, when hanging groceries or stuff on the handle bars, avoid the wires! Braking...pump them as to make them pads last. (mine are still good) Chances are you will get too comfortable and ride too fast. Wear safty stuff and bright colors! Dont look like a cool corpse;)Last tip and it is a must! Make yourself a pad to stand on. These bumps will go right through your body, it has hard tires and no real shocks. Youll feel everything. I originally made mine for under 20 bucks from home depot supplies. Black duct tape a styrofoam stuff (at least 4" thick)...but get this! The white styro stuff they pack the scooter in is pretty much the same stuff i bought. It will work great, I just didnt want to use it at the time in case i had to send it back, Also I originally taped the pad to it. Dont, because with time like mattress, you need to flip it. I now hold it on with bungee cords. plus better to switch from 2 scooters.Well, there is a lot more Id like to say...all positive, thats how great they are :) enjoy and stay safe

Great Scooter with Many Great Features
I am very impressed with the HiBOY KS4 Pro ever since I took it out of the box. I love everything about it and I'm very happy with the Customer Service from HiBOY prior to purchasing to assist with any questions to be sure I'm comfortable with receiving a quality product. The unit itself was securely packed and easy to unbox, with clear instructions and also QR code to download the HiBOY app. Assembly was very simple by just screwing the handlebars onto the column. I made sure to charge it all the way before riding the first time, the charger is compact and easy to use.The unit itself is study, well made and in great condition out of the box, it's not too heavy to maneuver if you need to carry it around. It folds up and snaps to lock itself for easy transport and can definitely fit in a trunk or backseat of a car with ease. The heads up display offers clear icons and a few simple presses of the "power" button can change the settings, turn on the light, and switch between speed modes. The HiBOY app can help as well and it's fantastic that the unit "locks" itself from powering on by using the app for any quick moments where you leave it unattended. Whether you wish to cruise at 13 or 19MPH, the throttle is very responsive and the cruise control feature works great. The dual-braking system is excellent too, easy pressure on the brake lever can bring you to a controlled stop with ease. Riding at night feels very safe, with the headlight appropriately angled downward enough ahead of you - and the red running board lights make it clear to anyone else to see you, plus the tail light is bright too.The battery life is as advertised as well, I usually ride at the 13MPH speed and probably completed a 10 mile ride and had more than half the battery remaining! The ride of the scooter is very smooth for not having "air-filled" tires. It can handle an incline as well with myself weighing about 190lbs. The rubber tires are large, handle bumps with ease and grip the ground well for a confident and safe ride. I would steer clear of dirt, mud and water as recommended. The grip of the handlebars is good too to keep my hands secure.Overall, I have a lot of trust with this scooter and it's certainly fun! I've already recommended it to friends!
