This stuff shrinks a lot after you've applied it, which isn't necessarily bad, but worth noting. I bought four tubes for our 37' MH with three slides, and I'm beginning to wonder if got enough to finish the thing. Be aware that it shrinks to about half the size of what you put there initially - looks nice, doesn't sag, and seems to seal properly, but you need a lot for large rigs.

Stays rubbery which makes it a bit difficult to use, but I don't believe it'll ever get hard and crack like other sealants. Paint doesn't seem to like it. Not that it isn't paintable, but the spray paint I used made it look like it has cracked, though it is still rubbery. Still I'm really happy with the product.

A little pricey but seems to be a very awesome product applied 15 minutes before a rain storm and their product held I’m very impressed.

A bit hard to squeeze from the tube but a fantastic sealant . I will buy it again .

It is very easy to use and seals up very well.
