Q: Been using for a few months and i feel better, but id like to test my ph, how do i do that?

"PH-Paper" Rolls are sold in almost every Pharmacy and in most Health Food/Natural Food stores. They will have a Color Scale printed on its label.The manner in which they are used is VERY important: (1) You don't pee onto the paper, you collect your urine and dip the Paper into the Urine for 1 second to 1.5 seconds -- to get the paper thoroughly soaked, but not any longer because PH Paper will leak its Active Agent, and your reading will be more inaccurate. Now, O.T.C. PH Paper is inexpensive , AND deservingly so-- they are NOT accurate, by a factor of 25%. to 40% -- which is why you'll never see Doctors or Research Scientists use them. The only Accurate PH Paper {roll}, is "Nitrazine Paper" -- again, O.T.C. and available at all Pharmacies! It cost more, BUT IT IS ACCURATE! So, the way to use it, is Weekly. Not just because it costs more, but primarily because if You are truly committed to raisnig Your Body's PH, you do so by ALWAYS taking the recommended amount of Drops, and then testing yourself Weekly. A Weekly test is all that is necessary, anyway.

Q: how many drops does it take in 8 oz of water?

Serving size is 10 drops to a quart-32 oz. of water or roughly 2 drops per 8 oz glass of water. There are 115 drops per bottle.

Q: Is this product vegan/vegetarian?

Of course, Yes. More importantly, this Brand is NOT in Plastic Bottles! Storing "Alkaline Water" in ANY Plastic totally negates the Health effect, because of the DOZENS of Toxics it introduces into the product!!

Q: Can i put drops in my morning cuppa tea or can this only be used in unflavored water.

I’ve been putting 2-3 drops in my morning coffee without any problem. Hope that helps!
