Strong and Sweaty
I'm happy I purchased this series. I also have the Ice series and this set will add something different to my rotation. I like all the workouts...for the most part these are weight intensive except for the cardio disc, which I really like. I don't have a barbell so just use my free weights which is fine. Cathe Friedrich offers great at home workouts thst are definitely comparable to a gym. Love them.

Another terrific set from Cathe
Another great set of exercise routines from Cathe. The five routines are nicely produced and pack a punch, despite being around 45 minutes each. Cathe offers extensive premixes with longer and shorter workouts. The equipment is clearly indicated. I enjoy them all. Cathe offers a free guide on her website Cathe.com which I found very helpful. I encourage everyone to download it.

Exciting and challenging
I am so excited to add this to my rotation. I love Cathe's workouts so much! I've done 2 of these pack already and found them challenging and fun. I am mixing them with ICE.

Ramped up upper body, not at all what I expected!
The Ramped up upper body ended up being a recording of a gospel preachers seminar, not the workout I was looking forward to. Ordered these back in September, but finally decided to try the upper body workout. To my surprise, I will not being doing it until the seller exchanges the bad dvd for what I actually purchased. All the other DVD's were awesome and Cathe rocks as usual!

Misproduced!!!!
I absolutely love Cathe...but I finally got to try Ramped Up Upper Body today and it was not an exercise DVD!!! It was a religious sermon on her DVD instead!! I am completely baffled on what to do with this since I missed the return window. I’m kind of disappointed that I paid the price to get ripped off an entire workout. The label is correct but the content is some sermon...boo to whoever produced these.
