Loved the look of the watch, but 10 months after buying stopped working look to the jewellery shop it's the workings have stopped will cost more than the watch is worth to repair.

It is a great watch a good reliable time keeper .

On first inspection this is quite a lightweight product, but that becomes a positive when wearing it. It looks great, far more expensive than it actually is.I had to remove a couple of links which is why I have knocked a star off. Not for that but for the tool that comes in the box to let you do it yourself. It is completely useless due to it being made of plastic and is not fit for the purpose.However I invested in a metal tool kit for £5:99 and completed the task in minutes.

Cheap item. Looks great in sale/Amazon photos. Simple looks and chain bad quality. Falls apart easily. We bought it as a gift for a close family person. All we got back is bad reviews.

I've been collecting, repairing and modifying watches for a long time. The short review for those of you who just want a watch that looks good, looks expensive but isn't, keeps good time and you're not really bothered by substance then this is the watch for you.However if you want a good watch rather than a good "looking" watch, look somewhere else. The upside is that it keeps good time, it's quartz so that's to be expected unless the battery is dying. The blue sunburst dial with date complication is pleasant as are the hands. Everything else I would throw in the bin. I immediately changed the bracelet for a blue leather strap which not only looks better but probably doubles the value of the watch. The supplied bracelet and clasp are cheap and nasty beyond words. The watch case is pleasant but being high polished will scratch very easily and is very thin and lightweight.In conclusion if looks are more important than substance buy the watch. If you want something of more substance spend your £40 on a Casio or Accurist. Alternatively save up and for £80 get a Seiko.
