Art3d Drop Ceiling Tiles 24x24 in Grey (48-Pack, 192 Sq.ft), Wainscoting Panels Glue Up 2x2

So I didn't have a grid system, I honestly wanted to just stick these up and forget my popcorn ceiling ever existed. I used liquid nails with a caulking gun to apply a layer of glue to the back, then as you can see from the pics, I hit the back of a screwdriver with a hammer to pop a little hole in each corner to make a guide so screwing in the screws would be easier. I put one screw in each corner and just waited for the liquid nails to do its magic. It turned out pretty well, my ceiling is really crooked. It is definitely an improvement from the popcorn ceiling.

This is the second ceiling we've done with vinyl ceiling panels. This one is on a much larger ceiling so we went with a larger design (2'x2') and it looks great. The key is careful planning on how they lay out on the ceiling related to fixtures and dimensions of the space. You don't want to find out that your ceiling fan is 3" off center once you finish the installation. Don't skimp on the glue, get Loctite Power Grab Express.

Easily installed but difficult to cut. Several tiles cracked while trimming to size. Recommend using a pair of tin snips/shears for cutting but once installed they look great.

Just know what your getting. I've used these types of tiles throughout my home. They are a thin tile that look like the old time metal of yesteryear. I used this brand in my family room and took my time with cutting and notching to fit in an old suspended ceiling that is probably 50 years old. I covered the grid with Ceilume EZ-On Grid Cover Kit - Snap On - White. Have used that on all my old grids.

The media could not be loaded.  I used on a wall and loved it!! What a great product! Easy to install and great look for any room.

Very light and it was easy to install even when I had to cut it to fit on the ceiling. Love this tile I had to buy another box.

The media could not be loaded.  Poor quality and very flimsy for the price- each had a damaged corner. The upside of the product is that they are so flimsy that some of the dents can be squeezed out- others can be used as edging tiles. Overall, very expensive for little quality. I was left with little option, but to use what I had, as had already started the project. The cartons they came in were undamaged, but it seemed they had all been dropped on the same corner.

The room is not square and has humps and bumps. With the tile the cover this up. I had to use a sprayer to paint ahead of time. I used Gorilla construction adhesive to attach. It was quick and turned out beautifully.

I like the design makes tge house look richer but haven’t installed them yet
