Brought for my partner in March as a birthday present as its what he wanted arrived promptly, left In box till we could get someone to erect which took till 28th June as we are disabled, landscape gardener found parts of the frame doesn't fit,contacted seller told to provide photo or video evidence as it was outside 30 day guarantee and they would look photo evidence and send replacement, this was Fri 28th June today 2nd July and no one from company has knowledge receipt of email with photos nor have they given me confirmation how long it will take to get replacement parts sent out, so work on hold can't say how well this greenhouse looks as still waiting to get put together, so not happy at the moment now 20th July still trying to get it put together, will never recommend outsunny product to anyone, flimsy and so far 3 people trying to put up never again will I purchase outsunny products expected more for my money as paid £459 and when purchase in March was in sale now down £391 and at that price your being ripped out,advice stay clear of this product

This greenhouse is super flimsy and an absolute nightmare to build . The polycarbonate sheets are described as tough this is obviously some sort of awful joke . I am on my 3rd day building this . The instructions say 4 hours . NEVER EVER EVER would this be built in 4 hours . I am a skilled Engineer and like i said this is my 3rd day . Every breath of wind blows the panels out god only knows what it will be like in a storm ,my bet is it will end up in some one else garden in a bin , There are no cross bracers on the roof to keep this from blowing over when a FLY coughs on it . I am going to build a wooden frame inside it and try to secure it hoping to get at least 2 months out of it before I bin it . Like i said this is just garbage

Not bad for the money apart from uv panels wrong way around and size

This greenhouse was difficult to assemble, and was obviously very weak and flimsy once erected.After the first high winds of the season the entire structure ended up as a tangled heap of twisted metal.I should have spent more money on a better quality greenhouse.Strongly recommend not to purchase this item.

The instruction are very difficult to underxtand you start at page one then jump to four to make some sense out of it The frame is so fragile what waist of money the roof is not straight the open windows will fit right having sealed them closed just warn any one not to buy on these

Nightmare too put up polycarbonate is like cardboard ! Nothing fit right ! Cheap crap shame on Amazon for selling this rubbish! Do not buy this plus I hade to do a 340 mile trip in the van to return it as too big for any carrier to move total nightmare from start to finish

I cannot recommend the ‘Outsunny’ product range of greenhouse. There’s literally hundreds of screws and parts which are a complete nightmare to fit together. Instructions are poor. When asked for a video, one was sent which was unhelpful as it was so fast. There were several parts missing which could not be obtained from the supplier. Amazon came to the rescue with a partial refund but I’d NEVER touch this make of product again in a million years.

The plastic panels are so thin that they've blown out with less than a 20mph wind. There is no way this will survive a snowfall. I want my money back...
