Easy to install and it looks great. The rollers are smooth and my shed door works nicely. I installed the hardware outdoors on a shed in December 2018. We'll see how we'll the stainless steel resists rust an corrosion in this cold rainforest environment of southeast Alaska - a true test of hardware integrity. I'll update with observations if I find premature failure.Take particular care to install the rail as level as possible if you want the door to stay where you put it. With a slight incline in the rail, the door will always roll open or closed unless you latch or otherwise block it. That may be desirable, depending on your situation, but think carefully about how you want the door to react when you take your hand off of it.Let me know if any of this is helpful.

Very well made product. We used it to hang a door we built ourselves that weighs about 200 pounds and the door rolls as smooth as butter. The door is a bit thicker than recommended for the track so I spaced the track away from the wall a bit with a couple washers between the track and each mounting post, worked perfectly. Because of that spacing I chose to use longer lag bolts and didn't use the included ones so I can't comment on those or why people are complaining about them, I spent about $3 on new hardware and considering how much this setup would cost in a big box store I'm fine with that. The only issue we had was the weight was causing the mounting posts to sink in to the drywall. I hoped that wouldn't happen but it did. The fix was to mount it to a solid surface like a trim board that is mounted to the studs directly. It was simple to remove the drywall and mount a piece of 1x4 oak to the studs then lag bolt the track back to the studs with the oak board as a base. Caulk and paint and you can't even see the board. If we do another door like this in the house we'll happily use the same track and that time I'll install the base board first.

Looks very nice. I bought this because it was the only stainless model with matching wheels. All others had black rollers. I may have to drill a new hole and stick a dummy screw in an unused hole, since I'm mounting directly to the wall and not all studs line up. This kit is beefy, probably a little over built for most applications. Rarely is that the case with online purchases.

This product looks good and has a low price point. Unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for. Poor quality components, especially the lag bolts, had to be replaced in order install this product. I would not recommend.
