Works as advertised
It doesn’t rip skin off. Actually sticks but removable.

Best, imo, in the market
This brand of tape works the best. I have tried other cheaper options and they don’t compare. These last longer and seem to be gentler on my skin. I got some therband ones and put them on a spot that I guess is sensitive on my abdomen and I got red and rashy.cheaper doesn’t mean better. These are reasonable priced for what you get as well.

Good for my sensitive skin.
I found this to be very gentle on my skin, after having reactions to several other kinesiology tapes. My physical therapist tapes my knee with this three times per week. In my case, it is dual purpose, to both increase blood flow and provide a reminder of proper patterns of motion. The beige color is neutral, and while significantly darker than my skin, isn’t flashy or prone to drawing attention. The only downside for me is that the adhesive seems to last only 18 hours or so, which I suppose is the trade off for having a more gentle adhesive.

I'm getting good at applying this tape because it's good stuff
This tape comes off nicely even if you just slap it on. Watch the videos on your part of the body and you will see good changes. I have mastered taping my knee and the foot tendon by the heal. I have tried a lot of different tape. The gentle works on my mouth too for snoring. I like the cotton type for the back of my heel and my knee. I mix the cotton and gentle on my foot and ankle. The videos show you how to cut your tape so I like to buy pre cut and self cut for different reasons. Try it and see if you get good out comes like I have.

Meh
Yes it's more gentle on the skin, but it also doesn't stick very well. When it does stay on it works fine though. If you wear it under clothing, like I am on my knee, try to be aware of how the clothing rubs against it when you move otherwise your clothing will make it roll up/unstick from your skin.

Excellent, works well!
Excellent! Stays all day and even through a shower as long as you don’t touch the tape and follow directions; be sure to smooth it out after application bc I think that action warms it a little and makes it stick better.I used it to keep an abdominal hernia at bay until I had surgery. I still use it sometimes when I just want a little more support in that area.

Doesn't stick, terrible rash
I'm not highly reactive to things usually, and don't have an allergy to latex, but I still thought I'd try the sensitive version of this tape just in case. I followed all the instructions for applying, but it was still starting to peel off within just a few hours. I managed to get it to stay on for about 24 hours before removing it. It was about a day later that I was itching and have all of these raised red areas where the edges of the tape were. It's actually looking better in the photo as I'd applied hydrocortisone the night before. I should have tried a small piece before applying to see if there would be a reaction. Anyway, maybe you'll have better luck, but wanted to share my experience. I won't be using this again.

Held Tight
Used for binding under dance costumes. It held in place but did take a lot of strips to make it work. The adhesive held well and was easy to remove when done.
