These are great inserts for kids, they work and really comfortable (soft yet stable). My 7 year old daughter has occasional heel pain, with these in her shoes, the pain goes away almost immediately. Also these are great for hiking and other sports such as soccer shoes or running shoes. My daughter has started putting these in her shoes by herself when she has issues. She approves 100% and so do I! I would buy these again andI highly recommend them for kids who need more support for their feet.

I bought these for my son after his pediatrician recommend doing something for his "flat feet." Overall, my son finds them to be very comfortable and he never had any pain as he adjusted to them. Be aware that they add a bit of height to the inside of shoes, so if a tennis shoe is a lower cut style, your child's foot might slip out easily. I always take the inserts when shopping for new shoes. Also, it's almost impossible to wear them in the summer if your child wants to wear sandal-type shoes or tennis shoes without socks. We tried to wear the inserts without socks over the summer, and they irritated my son's feet since they don't cover the entire length of the shoe. He ended up going mostly without them for the summer. I didn't take away a star on my review because from my research, inserts that cover the entire length of shoes are a thing of the past. Will order again as his shoe size increases.

My 6-year-old son has pronation due to low arches. We went to a podiatrist who suggested either custom-made inserts (which were $500, and we would have to buy new ones each time his feet grew) or those special Dr. Scholl's inserts where you go and stand on the "foot mapping" pad. Well, I found out that Dr. Scholl's doesn't make them for people under 70 pounds, so that wasn't an option. I did some looking around online and narrowed my choice down to these Footminders and one other kind. I emailed my doctor the two options to see if he thought either one of them would work for my son, and he thought, like I did, that these looked the best. What a WONDERFUL price compared to $500 every few months!!! They have worked GREAT! It took about a day for my son to get used to how they felt, but now he doesn't even think about them being in there, and they have helped straighten out his feet (which will, in turn, help his muscles grow correctly)! Does the intended job. A little too bulky to fit in all shoes.

This has very basic support and they slip around in my sons tennis shoe. Have to return

My daughter complained about these the moment they went inside her shoe. They do have to get used to them but weeks went by and they didn’t help with support. We ended up getting a prescription and having some custom made.

These are exactly what I was looking for! They aren't so wide and bulky. They don't have the toe scrunch issue other inserts have. They give good support and fit in regular shoes.
