Very High Quality
Wife and I are very happy so far. Great sleek look. Water flows as expected without any leaks or issues. This fixed our main issue with our shower door knocking into the showerhead. I would certainly buy this again.

Do NOT BUY...
I bought 2 of these both had the same issue.(Screws don't hold the shower in. It leaks.). Had to drill out the screws in the first one, and have to do same on the second one. Will buy another brand, This one Brand NOT worth it.

Hire a proffesional
This shower arm looks great!, But not for anmature to install. Even the pro we hired took over an hour,.involved cutting tile and the design is very tricky and comes with no instructions. Pin screws must be set firm and arm moved forward or the fit will become loose. It took a pro an hour and finally got it installed properly.

Poor quality control. Difficult to install tightly.
Welded crooked so the back plate won't sit square. Two tiny inset screws to tighten it to its adapter so it rotates on the wall easily after tightening. Adapter doesn't have any way to tighten it into the female pipe in the wall.

Madness
The media could not be loaded. This might look good but is a nightmare to install. Proprietary huge alloy key required to fasten this thing in the wall which no one sells. You can't hold it with a wrench or vice or you will destroy the seals. DO NOT buy.2022.05.17 Follow-up. Still works well. I still stand by the fact that you shouldn't buy it. In a year or so I expect these rubber seals to fail and if I have to move, losen or adjust this thing in anyway I'm toast. I do have a contingency plan in my mind. Filling the area with the seal with epoxy and let it set should something go wrong but for now I'll just enjoy it silently.
