Gosh Waterproof Eyeliner 011Sky High by Gosh

It is quite simply the best. A very soft pencil and the colour stays put, doesn't smudge and is easy to remove. I've also got the brown pencil which is excellent too. Good value and excellent quality too.

Love this eyeliner and have used for many years. Superdrug don’t carry this range anymore which is a shame but good old Amazon does! Always delivered on time.
