Wish I had read the fine print, I wanted desktop and this is for online. It does help.

This book is great for anyone who wants to learn QB. I'm new to QB and this has been an invaluable resource. I'm so glad to have found it. It is straightforward and easy to understand while giving detailed in depth information. Worth every penny definitely recommend it!!

This is used book I purchased for my next term's class. I know it's used book and would have a used look, but everything in the book looks pretty new, and the book itself has no obvious wear or tears. The only thing that I didn't like is the bent cover that it has upon arrival. I am sure I got a great deal and couldn't ask for more.

This book is excellent for anyone who uses QuickBooks Online. I keep a copy on my desk as reference manual.

As someone new to QB, I had hoped this would be a little easier to use. The biggest drawback is the lack of screen images used as examples. Because the QB pages are pretty busy, finding the item referenced in the book can be tedious. Better use of screen images would make this much easier.

As a small minority business owner since 2009, I have yet to encounter anyone who has been able to unpack the areas of bookkeeping and accounting the way that Crystalynn Shelton has. It is truly uncanny… and to a non-technical; non-bookkeeping mindset that ability is absolutely critical! Someone told me years ago that, “the true litmus of whether someone has successfully mastered something is when they’ve not only learned it but can teach it to you”. Crystalynn has undoubtedly “mastered” her content and has been able to build upon that mastery with each new version of her Quickbook series, most notably this 3rd addition. She’s far from the stereo typical accountant-type personality and brings a fresh, new energy to small business accounting that’s been missing for quite some time. As a former banker, I have a solid understanding of how to read financial statements, but as a newer entrepreneur I had limited appreciation of the challenges for getting the financial data into a statement format. On my own, trying to understand the behemoth that is Quickbooks Online - the charts, terms, options - was overwhelming. After ordering Mastering QuickBooks 2021, I have a handy guide to break down the Quickbook packages, key terms and processes. The author uses simple language, large font and lots of visuals to breakdown the information in a way that is digestible and easy to understand. I have been able to work more effectively with my accountant to understand the software and get more timely and accurate financial statements as a result.Everyone should have this Quickbooks Guide on hand when ready to take your bookkeeping to the next level!

I like the way the book was laid out. Easy to follow along instructions for anyone to understand.

Its good but things are over elaborated overall offers nice knowledge how to work at your own especially if someone doesn't have any knowledge of accounts. I certainly recommend but prepare to invest time regularly to be on top of this. Cheers!

If you are looking for something related to the UK versions of Quickbooks online ensure that the book includes "UK" version. Whilst this has some of the info which is across all versions much is missing.I do wish Amazon would make this type of thing clear.
