Doesn't really moisturise...
I've been using the same moisturiser for years, and thought I'd change as this one is cruelty free. Sadly it's just not an effective moisturiser for my skin type, particularly in winter weather. It's instantly absorbed and leaves my skin feeling tight and dry.

Light and smooth
For daytime skin treatment. Cool, silky and wet. Great during summer days.

Nice and smooth
Lightweight cream that kept my skin well moisturised and non greasy. During flare ups I did find I needed to reapply this rather than it lasting all day. I think it's best used straight after showering.

Too many synthetic ingredients for me.
I thought I'd try this as a replacement for the Aveeno cream I've been using for over 10 years for seborrheic dermatitis. Just found out they have added BHT which I am allergic to.So on receiving this, I checked the ingredients one by one on the web. I was unhappy that a lot of it is synthetic. And slightly concerned about PEG 75 stearate (used in many cosmetics but conflicting views on how safe it is depending how it's made). But, I did try it.It does go on well and is non greasy, it does leave skin feeling soft and smooth, you get a fair amount of cream for the money (£9.99 for 500ml).So if your not fussy whether it's natural ingredients in your moisturiser - this could be for you.

Fantastic light moisturiser
The lotion comes hygienically packed with a collar to secure the neck and a stopper on the front of the pump tap. It just takes a few pumps to get the lotion to dispense. The lotion is a white semi opaque colour. It feels really cool and gel like and glides on the skin and just absorbs really easily. It feels so comfortable - no scent, no endless rubbing in, no stinging. If Vaseline could turn into a gel lotion then this would be it. I've been using it for two weeks now and really like it. After a shower I slather some on damp skin and it is so fast to do in the morning. Myskin feels really well moisturised and there is no danger of white residue being left on the skin when rushing to put on clothes like body butter can do and it doesn't feel oily and slippy and hot like a body oil sprays can do. As well as using it as a body lotion I've also used it everyday after washing my hair (before drying) to rub into the base of my hairline at the back of my neck to the left side and for a few inches above the hairline where I have a persistent patch of eczema (despite using specialist shampoos) and it has almost cleared it up. It doesn't feel itchy anymore adn I hope it can completely heal after a few years of using hydrocortisone creams (hard to target the area amonsgt hair) and even trying ordinary Vaseline which just clumped. The main ingredients of ProEvia are Water adn Glycerin and it makes for a lovely cool, moisturising experience. I have mild eczema and sensitive skin and usually use Dermol which is a heavier more creamy lotion but this lotion feels much cooler ont he skin and is so much easier to use due to its fluidity that I am using it religiously everyday after showering (rather than sometimes skipping the Dermol which need rubbing in) and so my skin is in great condition.

If you have keratosis Pilaris you may want to sit this one out
When it comes to moisturising my body, I'm constantly on the search for lotions that don't dry my skin out and last the entire day. Despite my high hopes, this failed the test. Anyone with KP can relate to how uncomfortable clothing gets when your skin is dry. For now I'll be sticking to Nivea 48-hour lotion for dry skin, I can purchase on Amazon or Sainsbury's for £3.50 on sale and which keeps me moisturised for at least 24 hours.

Not Bad
Normally, I use aqueous cream to moisturise my hands overnight, and recently I've been using a thin hand pump version during the day after washing up, when my hands become very dry. This is similar in that it's easily absorbed, and my hands feel immediately better afterwards, but they started to feel a touch dry again just half an hour later, which doesn't happen with the aqueous cream. On the plus side, my skin doesn't feel tacky for as long, so it may just be that my hands were exceptionally dry when I tried it. It's a touch expensive for the amount, but should last quite a while. My biggest gripe is that I can't figure out how to open it now it's empty to clean it for recycling. My only hope is putting it in the recycling bin as is, and perhaps it can be recycled after all, in a fashion similar to aerosol cans.

Recommended.
This moisturizer is good. The packaging is good and it is built so it has a part around the neck so you can’t press it down by accident. It also has a part which blocks the hole too. Helps skin feel better and smoother.
