Eco4us - Alkaline Water Pitcher, 3.5L Capacity, 2.0L Filtered Capacity BPA Free, Filtered Water Pitcher, Filter Included

I have severe eczema and a pretty acidic body in general. I started using Alkaline water at home and at work (I have about a dozen coworkers who use this pitcher along with me now because it tastes so great!) because I had read where it can help with a ton of issues, including eczema and acid reflux. Let me tell you, I have never been so impressed and amazed as I am with this product. The Ph of the water at my house and work are between 6.5-7 but using this pitcher (and the Eco4us filter refills) raises it to between 9-9.5! I am including a photo of my pinky finger, which had a pretty bad eczema rash that was there literally for 2 years and no steroid creams helped - NOTHING helped. Until I got this! I had a gnawing itch (literally would chew on my own finger for relief, how crazy is that?) that refused to go away for 2 years. I realized last night it is almost healed! I have changed NOTHING as far as medications (OH- I was taking 80mg of Prilosec a day - I am down to 20mg! And sometimes NONE!) or diet other than instead of drinking tap water I am drinking alkaline water. I also use it to make coffee and it reduces the acid in it as well.Believe me or don't but the pic of my finger where it is bleeding was at the end of December. It's mid February now and the other pic I just took. Photos don't lie!

I tested my water from the tap: 4.5I tested the filtered water after dumping out the first 3 pitchers - so 4th filtered water: 4.5I threw that water out and the 5th filtered water also tested 4.5Strips are still good; baking soda in water 9.0Caffeine-free diet coke: 4.5At least the company got right back to me. Cliff, the rep thinks I may have a bad filter. I ordered spares that are due in tomorrow, so I should know more when I put another filter in. I'll update once another filter has been primed and installed, and change the number of stars on how the new filter performs. They have offered me more filters for the inconvenience. Hopefully, the filter raises the pH, but their customer service rocks!UPDATE - This system barely budges my pH, even with the new filters, but I have changed my review to 3 stars, simply because of the great customer support.

Excellent pitcher! It does exactly what it says. The water coming out of my faucet has a slight taste to it but once filtered it's gone. Also, my old Invigorated Living pitcher left the water tinged with brown this one is crystal clear. Setting the filter life is easy and the lid stays on nicely unlike my old pitcher. The filter for this pitcher is cheaper as well and seems to be in stock all the time, once again unlike my old brand. Definitely worth the money.

Two design flaws. If you fill the top receptacle, the water will run out the back onto your hand, the handle, floor, countertop... And if there is water left in the top section when filtered water at the bottom reaches bottom of the unfiltered section, when you pour the water out, you get a combination of filtered and unfiltered water.

This is truly an amazing product. I live two miles from the water treatment plant, and when I open the taps, all I smell is a strong odor of bleach, and the water tastes awful and is cloudy. The Eco4us pitcher has solved my water woes, making what is not drinkable in to a palatable, odorless and good tasting water. The pitcher is very well made, sturdy, and is easy to use. Good job, Amazing Price!

It does work well with the horrible water in my area, no more smell and drinks well. It does not raise the ph much at all, hardly noticeable on the test strips, that’s only reason for 4 stars, main reason I got it was to get high ph water

Had this just over a year when the indicator stopped working. Thinking it should last longer than that. Contacted Eco 4 us and they sent out a new lid pronto! Great CS!

The only reason I did not give this particular product a 5-star rating is because the alkaline monitoring system on top of the product does not work. This is also been listed in other reviews as well.
