WHAT IS FIDGETING? Fidgeting is the act of moving about restlessly. Fidgeting may be a result of nervousness, agitation, boredom or a combination of these. Fidgeting may involve playing with ones fingers, hair, or items of clothing. A common act of fidgeting is to bounce ones leg repeatedly. Fidget spinners are specifically meant to help students with Autism or all types of ADHD, but has been shown to help all students. By playing with the toy, the user can pay more attention to what is being taught. Research has found that children that were allowed to fidget with their hands may performed better in memory and learning tests. People who fidget regularly tend to weigh less than people who do not fidget because they burn more calories than those who remain still. HOW TO USEThere are a few ways you can use this spinner. Using one hand hold the caps with your thumb and fore finger and use other fingers to stop and spin the spinner in either direction. Don't worry with a slight amount of practice this will become very natural. Another way is to hold it in one hand and use the other hand to spin it rapidly giving you a longer spin time. Put your SPIN TRIX skills to the test by spinning your spinner and balancing it on one finger. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS The following instructions may help you maintain a long life for your spinner. Remove caps Clean the bearing using a common solvent such as Isopropyl Alcohol, you can also clean the bearing by using hot soapy water but make sure you get all the water out of the bearing. After your bearing is all clean take a can of compressed air and blow out your bearing (don't use a paper towel or rag to dry your bearing as lint may get into your newly cleaned bearing) Put the caps back on and enjoy spinning!
