Why is the trol-a matic not compatible with the bravo 3 out drive

I put my trolling plate on a 60hp outboard and it works great I think the bravo 3 drive is larger than my lower unit and not compatible because of its size I’m not 100 percent sure so I recommend you talk to a marine mechanic

Will it work on an inboard-outboard with hydronic prop trim/lift?

You should check with a repair shop or dealer as they come in diferent sizes, for the right one for your motor, then check Amazon and see if they have the one you need.
