Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T585 16GB Black, 10.1" , WiFi + Cellular Tablet, GSM Unlocked International Model, No Warranty

This is perfect for me! We're in Dallas, Tx and wanted an older model tablet with a place for a SIM card. I bought the american tablet first only to realize that it did not have a SIM card slot. I thougt that this international business could be sketchy but it hasn't been, not even a little bit. I bought a case with a keyboard because I'm writing a lot. I haven't had any issues with any apps, even my microsoft account works perfectly.Not so good things: Some apps will not turn to landscape which makes typing weird or gives you a crick in your neck depending on how you handle that. The touch screen works my nerves from time to time. When trying to hit that arrow button "post" it takes numerous attempts for it to finally go. My Samsung Note 5 stylus doesn't work on it either.

Nice colors and good screen

This tablet replaced an older international unlocked Samsung tablet that finally died. I like the ability to have a tablet that acts as a phone. All you need is a SIM card for a phone line. The TAB A is set up as a portrait tablet (though I prefer setting everything I can to landscape) compared with my older TAB S, but I am surviving the change.

Everything is good but be aware that if you are in the United states , the charger that they provide might not match

I just received this today. I used a sim from another device that I have with full phone service and it's working with no issues!

Not matter what the other people say, this WILL NOT WORK WITH ATT&T, I went in-person and spent about three hours, two times on the phone with tech support. ATT&T will NOT work with this TAB A. Other than that, its slow to start, but I love it, don't have to search for my reading glasses.For clarification, you can get Wi-Fi and text and talk with ATT&T but none of the smart phone options work, such as sending long text messages or text messages with photos, very disappointed at ATT&T, next I'm trying to see if it will work as a phone on T-Mobile. This was a replacement for my 8" samnung note N-5100 which did work as a smart phone on ATT&T but it won't update to "Lollipop" so many functions are now disabled, that's why I upgraded to the TAB "A".
