Bought for my ‘yoga teacher’ wife she uses it constantly!

I've only just received this book so have not yet read it but looking quickly through I know it will help me make some important changes to my own practice as well as others. Beautifully laid out and explained as well. Some lovely ideas for sequencing too. Am excited to have finally made the decision to buy it despite high postage costs!

Attended Donna’s intensive earlier this summer, couldn’t wait to order this afterwards . Sit and digest the teachings, then apply them mindfully to benefit yourself and your students ( if you teach). A font of knowledge and kind with her application.

An amazing book for yoga teachers and yoga therapists.Great illusrtration and written in a very simple language makes everything so clear and easy to understand.The practices are very helpful, indeed.
