I am 62 years old and have always suffered from aches and pains, especially getting up in the morning or from sitting at my desk too long. I've lived with pain just below kneecaps after strenuous exercise for decades. Pain had become more frequent and recovery longer. I didn't know if these work or not ..I take other supplements so. I did read a review from someone else that said they helped him. So I tried them. Still feel stiff and achy in the morning but I have other problems too. Small pills tho and easy to swallow

Taking this supplement once a day actually relieved some of the symptoms that I suffered daily from my autoimmune disease. This not only helped to lessen the pain of inflammation in my finger joints and kneecaps but also helps to mitigate the symptoms of the medication that I take for my condition which is also an added bonus. I felt like this helped my joints to a degree. I had been taking another MSM supplement that had other vitamins in as well and thought I would try this to see how it compared. It was very similar in the effect that I got from it.

i used this along with glucosomine as an anti-inflamatory so that it would help the arthritic pain I was getting in one hip as I am a senior who likes to walk 3 miles a day. Have been taking MSM for 4 months and no longer have the hip pain. My immune system has always been good, and at age 92 I wanted to keep it that way so that I could continue to travel, and feel that I will continue to use MSM. I cannot tell if it helps the skin and nails, but at my age I cannot expect a miracle.
