Works great
It did a great job getting the boards up and kept them from breaking.

Easily bent product. DO NOT BUY
Wow. Just wow. I was so excited for this to arrive, and amazon got it to me a day early. Thank you Amazon! The product, however, is either absolute garbage, or i got a faulty weak one. The handle bent at the base where it meets the claw. FIRST PALLET beat the new tool. Its a simple leverage tool, however its not built well. The handle came in 3 separate pieces, that all are secured by a nut and bolt, I imagine for easier shipping, and it connects to the claw with a pin. For almost $40 I basically got a weak metal 3 piece bar and a claw. The claw is probably fine, but without the handle, its a paperweight. Super angry with the product and 100% recommend NO ONE else waste your money on this. I'm 140lbs my weight and strength should not have caused this tool to fail without even finishing the first pallet. Pure garbage.

Great little tool - I’m impressed!
I have to admit, I was skeptical but this worked great! It takes some trial and error - I think it worked better when I used it on the sides/ends first and the did the middle last.Highly recommend - much easier than using my sawsall to cut through each section (nails and all)!

This is really a great tool to have if you do pallet projects
This is really a great tool to have if you do pallet projects. I've used mine for a couple of months now and really like it. It does a very good job of breaking apart pallets easily with little waste. Keep in mind that your success depends on the quality of your pallets. I've been able to break apart old and new pallets with ease. There is some loss but mainly do to the condition and how the pallets are assembled. Quality pallets come apart intact while some new pallets are assembled in such a way that the nails are forced so far into the pieces of wood that when you pull them apart the nails sometimes pull through the wood. Sometimes you're able to pull these apart and not loose boards and sometimes you simply create a little firewood. All in all a very good heavy duty puller. Construction is definitely "HEAVY DUTY". Like I've said, I've had if for only a few months but it is STURDY!!Very high quality, I would recommend it to anyone/everyone who wants to break apart pallets quick and relatively easily.

Terrible product
Finally got around to using this item for the first time and after breaking apart about 5 pallets the handle bent where it connects to the forks which has now rendered it unusable. Item should probably be made out of thicker steel wall.

Not heavy duty.
Bar bent immediately and I had to fashion another out of Ridgid conduit. Welds look questionable on the forks. It does a good job on light duty though and does save a lot of time and boards though once you get the hang of it. Probably worth going with something heavier duty if you plan to use it alot though.

Great, until its not
***UPDATE****i bought a more expensive one direct from Vevor- 4 slat, handle bent. 10 days of endless messages with their “customer service”- they offered 4.5isd to keep product. They are not “tough handle”. NOR is their “no hassle return”, not a hassle, and its a terrible cheap product.Perhaps, by USA made and from a company that speaks English as native language. first unit from AmazonI bought this a while back and used it a few times (10-15) on pallets. Today, i had time to really use it and take apart pallets. I loaded the next pallet and could get ant loose- turns out one of the forks is bent at about 15 degrees back. Seems to be solid steel, welded so in theory boards and nails, and my upper physique shouldn't be able to bend it- the slat would have broken first I would imagine. It must be weak metal.

Bonne conception
Je n'ai pas eu la chance de travailler avec encore, mais pour avoir travaillé dur avec barre à clouéSe sera un charme et me permettre de bricolé avec des planches moins briser

Design makes product weak - don’t bother
I was excited to get this product but that did not last long. After opening the box I realised one of the pieces of the handle was missing some bolt holes. Not a show stopper but meant I had to get out the drill and make new holes. This was after trying to contact the seller who was less than helpful when asking for a replacement part (unlike other reviews praising the customer service). new holes drilled I started taking a pallet apart and got three planks in before it completely bent! In an effort to make it easy to ship the way the handle connects to the base creates a weakness in the tool that can’t stand up to the pressure exerted on the tool. Nice concept but not really something that should be shipped in pieces. At least Amazon was more helpful in helping me return and refund my money. Look elsewhere for a similar product!

Ferraille
