Buy it you will be satisfied!
I have been looking for this product for years. "Back in the day" egg white protein was the standard to which all protein was compared. Now Whey Isolate it the bomb. I take whey directly after my weight lifting but it kills my appetite. I use this product when I want high quality protein and still want to be able to eat. This product will not stunt your hunger, even directly after drinking it you will still be able to eat. If you want a meal replacement protein this is not your product.Bag is strong enough, product mixes well in a shaker and does not hang up on the sides, cleans up easily and the taste is not offensive. Kinda almost no taste so if you wanted to blend in some fruit it will take on the flavor big time. There are no unhealthy ingredients on the label. A certification for no heavy metals would be a plus.Buy it you will be satisfied.

* Best Protein Powder Out There - Bar None *
This is a terrific product. I have been using this protein egg white powder for years now. I prefer flavorless, as you can't go wrong and it can be placed with any kind of fruits and veggies (i.e. Smoothie) and it never changes the taste - it really is flavorless! You cannot beat getting real protein from egg white. Because it's 25 grams of pure protein, I prefer to add just a half capful (12 grams of protein), since I usually have plain Greek yogurt in my smoothies, which adds quite a bit of protein as well. But either way, 1 capful or 1/2 capful, you can't go wrong with Julian's Paleo Protein Egg White Powder - don't ever stop making it. P.S. It is well worth the cost, in fact, pricing has come down significantly from when I started using it. I believe I paid as much as $60.00 for this powder - so for $29.99, it's a bargain. I think part of the price drop also comes from packaging or perhaps a more efficient way of processing the egg whites. My powder would arrive in a large plastic, reusable tub - now they package in zip-lock bag. I still have a plastic tub, so I take the current package's contents and dump in tub. But either way, it's 100% the same product - nothing else has changed.

Good with Noosa yogurt
When I initially bought this, I did not like it and felt like I had wasted my money. It didn't seem to make the taste of my smoothies better , though as it's favorless, sorta, it somehow made them worse. So I let it sit. I'm now working out enough I need more protein and figured I'd suck it up and go through this before I bought something else. I added it to my yogurt (Noosa) and woah! Made it taste like cake. Great texture when mixed in and somehow the flavors work for me now. So, now I'm happy. And it's easy on my stomach unlike whey (which is one reason I tried in first place).

Great for morning shakes
I bought this to get some protein in my morning smoothies. I used a generic whey protein powder for a while, and it mixed well and tasted great, but i wanted something a little more natural. So I tried a vegan, raw, green protein powder, and it was gritty and awful. After that, I wanted to find an alternative that was natural, without extra sugars or other ingredients that would just give me protein, not vitamins and supplements I didn't want.Once I saw this, I was eager to try it. I put 1 scoop in my morning smoothies and it doesn't add extra taste and mixes great. It makes the shake slightly thicker and creamier, which is actually nice. I just had to adjust how I make my smoothie, I mix everything else well first, and than add the egg white powder last and just give it a quick mix. If I add it from the beginning, it can get a bubbly foam on top, kind of like when you whip raw egg whites, so I find that adding it last and not over-mixing it to be most beneficial. My only other comment is that the bag can be hard to zip closed, sometimes it closes fine, but I've had to just tape it closed before, but that's not a deal breaker.

Is your protein powder tearing up your gut?
I started using protein powder in 1976 and have tried damn near every form (whey, casein, vegetable, etc.) and egg white protein is absolutely the easiest on my stomach. So if you’re tired of horrendous smelling gas and occasional diarrhea I am recommending this product. I gave 3 stars for flavor because I use the unflavored version and it has no flavor, neither good nor bad. I mix it with water and it has a slight egg white taste but I don’t mind. They do have flavored versions if taste is important to you but unflavored has fewer calories so I use it. Great quality stuff!

The blueberry egg white and chocolate beef are both disgusting in their own way.
Review for Blueberry + Chocolate Grass-fed beefI like the egg white unflavored protein. It does it's job. It takes on added flavors. It gets out of the way. The blueberry egg white and chocolate beef are both disgusting in their own way.The blueberry is sweet and has a chalky flavor to add to its generally chalky mouth feel. It's difficult to stir and has blue pebbles that consistently passes through a gullet with unrequested fanfare. The flavor and texture are inseparable and arouse images of nutra-sweet sugar caddies being lifted off a diner table and slam-dunked into an unsuspecting mid-sentence mouth. The chocolate beef hides it's beefiness quite well. Like a wolf nestled deep in a compost pile to avoid detection, it's origins would remain unknown to the uninitiated. The trade-off is, well, compost. Sugary sweet and seemingly well aged, the ground hangar steak seems to steam with a saccharine umami once resting in your body. Which is all generally unnoticeable unless burping. But you will be burping.Again, all praise to the egg white unflavored. She's one of the good ones.

Going downhill? Clumping
I have been using this brand of egg white protein powder for several years and would normally give it a 5 star. However, the last one I received is now noticeably less dissolvable with a lot of clumping. I am wondering if due to the price of eggs they are now using more fillers and less egg protein.
