These are very adorable and well made. I wear a 7.5 woman's US . I ordered a Large . Next time I'll order a small only because the straps on the back are a little loose . Nothing I can't find a solution for tho. I want to say I can feel the effect from the product. The top of my foot near my little toe feels , not painful but maybe pressure from spreading the toes. I hope it helps my aching, ugly feet! I have rheumatoid arteritis and I'm a hair dresser so I'm on my feet all day . My son is getting married in a month and I hope to be able to wear open toe cute shoes . Key word is ahoping lol . Ill update progress! Wish me luck!

After using them for one day, the foot pain was gone. Lifesaver.I had ordered 2 other brands, and the silicone was not in the right spot (too far down my foot. This brand covered the exact area I needed. I was worried something in between my toes were going to bother me, but it really hasn't. Stickers roll and fall off, pads get moved around by walking or socks, this is it!I was only going to use these for longer walks (shopping, commute, work), but I've started wearing them for shorter walks, and even at home if I'm going to be on my feet for more than a half hour._To Be Clear: The description says "corrector." It's not going to fix anything long term, but while you're wearing them, your pain is corrected.I already bought 2 more pairs.

These are tight across the foot, they leave a mark, not a comfy fit even on the toe. The pinky is not really moved to a better position with this either, at least not for me. My feet are not wide width, if anything they are skinny/narrow but the bunion at the base of the big toe does make it wider on the one foot. I haven't tried the other foot yet as there isn't a bunion but the picky is going inward due to RA so I may give it a try and see if it is a better fit/does anything to better position the pinky on that foot.

This is an ok product. It does help my corn/bunionette on my left foot. The other is too tight. So they aren't necessarily uniform sizes (or my feet aren't!)Don't try to wear it all day. They get hot and constrictive after too long. It does stay in place well.

Ordered size small in black. Fit ok but had to cut off straps to allow me to twist it so the silicone pad actually lined up with the 5th MTP bunionette. Not great, but had not found anything better so decided to order another size small in nude color. This one is incredibly too tight and not at all the same size as the first one I ordered. Also tried the size large- way way too big. They do not offer a size medium :(I am a Womens size 10 for perspective.

It makes my shoe too tight on the side I have to wear it on.

I was looking for more padding between the toes to make the pinky move out to take the pressure off of the bunette. What I did do though is cut a piece of foam stuck it in there and with brace it did hold it in place.

I haven’t been diagnosed with a tailors bunion or hammertoes etc but recently had issues with pain on the outside of my toe on my left foot which has made wearing my current range of shoes a bit of a worrisome affair, as someone who loves his Nikes and Jordan’s this was an issue as I have spent a fair bit of money building a sneaker collection.These have saved me a lot of worry, all of a sudden my sneakers that became painful to wear are all of a sudden as comfy as they should be. They fit perfectly under socks and if your worried about having to use products like these to go about your life no one will know you’ve got them on!.9/10. Definitely recommend to anyone with pain in your pinkie toe or outer foot!.

The cushion is comfy and soft but I do find that the fabric in between my toes pinches in quite hard after a while which is surprising as I don't have big feet (UK size 5). I didn't find that this really helped all that much so it was a bit of a waste.

It's a really great creation. When you get it right it sits really comfy. It definitely helps

I’ve worn it for a few months almost everyday so I’m used to the pain. I’d recommend them because I can where shoes that would normally hurt when I where them with just socks. It normally starts to hurt my little toe after 5 hrs. But if your wearing for the recommended amount of time, you won’t even notice it on your feet.

This is just a gel cushion not a toe realigner, but it stays in place brilliantly under all kinds of shoes and you forget you have them on after a couple of minutes. I used these when I had a really painful flare-up on my dominant foot and it helped hugely inside both work boots, high heeled boots and trainers.Nothing will completely get rid of a bunion without surgery but you can definitely reduce pain and inflammation with these. I went from basically limping and in pain without them, to comfortable with them on, to not needing them after about a month because the swelling and pain went down.As a women's 6.5/7 I was between sizes and as I didn't want it to move around at, I went for the smaller size, that did mean that after 6+ hours it was a little sore between my toes. I think I'd have been ok with the larger size.
