IEC C5 to USA NEMA 5-15P Power Plug Adapter

This works great, and reduces the bulk of my carry items. It has a nice ridge to help unplug your brick along with this adapter - make sure you grab it by the adapter when unplugging from the outlet so you don't end up without the ability charge if it stays behind.

I don't need all the cords. This does the job. Saves tons of space. I have a desk and I got a plug in strip. I will save space. I don't have to tie up the cords. Well made too.

Good quality for the price, fits tightly to my power adapter and to the outlet. Kind of unwieldy if you are plugging in a long power adapter to the wall, but fine if plugged into a floor outlet or a power strip.

I hate all the cords I have to carry when I travel. I have retractable versions of almost everything, but my laptop power supply has eluded me. (Bought a retractable version of that too, but it was very bulky and short.) This has been perfect - the cord on the other end of the transformer is plenty long enough for most applications, and I can run on battery for a while when it's not. I've used it a dozen times or so with no issues.

I was looking to replace a laptop power cord with a mickey-mouse (clover) style plug that my pet rabbit chewed though. The excess wire was always difficult to deal (hence the rabit was able to get to it) with and since it was heavier than the cord coming out of the power brick to my computer would usually win a tug of war if I tried to balance the power brick somewhere. This solves that problem by allowing me to plug the power brick directly into the wall, and was one of the very few times I was happily surprised by the results spit out by amazons horrible search engine.

Works as described though a bit expensive for what it is.

Dangerous and potentially deadly to use!!A child (12 years old) bumped into the transformer this plug was attached to. The plug popped apart leaving the base in the wall outlet.The base had the internal metal contacts exposed.The child was moments away from contacting the 110 volt circuit.

I have a 13" Dell laptop that is very thin and small. I wanted to minimize the wires I need to carry and the power supply from Dell comes with a power cable to plug it in. This plug adapter minimizes the wires I need to carry and makes it easy to fit in a small bag. Only drawback is that the power supply low voltage wire is not too long but my laptop's battery lasts many hours so I do not have to plug it in that often.
