This stuff is fabulous! Buy it. Not spicy but delicious. It did a great job with browning my food.

Love using this with my chicken in the Air Fryer. Works like a charm and comes out so tasty. Makes the chicken Moist.

I've used this mix for some chicken wings in a Ninja Foodi Grill (air crisp mode) and the results were amazing. The breading didn't burn and the flavor exceeded my expectations. With that said, I felt the breading could use a little more flavor so I have been adding just a tad bit of salt to the mix prior to coating the chicken pieces to achieve the flavor profile that I enjoy. My only complaint is that the price per box (at that time of this review) is a little over $3/box. I was able to make my own mixture using traditional flour and my own spice blend for a fraction of the cost so I'm not really sure it's worth buying at it's current price point. Like I said, the flavor was pretty good but the overall value for the money isn't all that high.

If you have an air fryer, you really should try all of the Louisiana Air Fryer coating mixes! We've now purchased all available flavors (fish, garlic and herb, and the chicken). They all have great flavor profiles and give the crunch you expect from fried foods, thankfully without having to deep- or pan-fry in tons of oil. Try it - you won't be disappointed!
