Good Product - Wish it was a Little More Robust
We bought this to use with our Chicco Keyfit Caddy but it will work on the bars of a lot of strollers and cat seats I would think. I really like that it is flexible, easily moves around to suit the direction of the sun, and gives some protection without enclosing baby in a stuffy, hot sun canopy. We have used it a lot over the past six months. It has some flaws though... It can be hard to fold away, and sometimes pings open in the diaper bag - the elastic tie isn't really up to much. After a lot of use, it is now pretty misshapen from lots of folding and opening. I wish it were bigger, but then it already can catch a breeze so probably not practical for it to be any bigger. The clip is a little cheap and flimsy and doesn't tighten onto a bar very well. The flexible pole often comes loose and needs screwing back onto the shade or the clip. This is a pretty cheap item, and I would definitely buy again. Wish it were a little more robust even if it meant that it would be a little more expensive.

Useful in Good Conditions
We used this on a vacation where it was sunny. The shade does its job and the clamp has an adjustable grip, which is nice. The problems we encountered were that the shade flops around in the wind and the flexible arm has a tendency to fall out of position unless you have an ideal situation. We worked around the arm problems by bending and twisting it in different ways. (There was also the issue that my baby was enamored by the shade and would grab it whenever it was in reach.) Overall, I'd recommend it as a shading resource but if you have a stroller with a good hood on it, that would work best.

Doesn't work as well as I hoped
I bought two of these to put on my double stroller to help keep the sun out of my daughters' eyes since the stroller's canopy broke. They work okay until there is a breeze and then they fly straight up and offer no protection. I had to hold them in place, which is hard to do when you're running. I will keep these so I can use them in the car to block the sun. I am certain they will work great for that purpose because these are super easy to position and will stay in that position if there is no wind.

Our favorite summertime baby item
Our favorite summertime baby item! I get stopped on the street all the time by parents asking where to get one of these. We attach this to our stroller, and the movable arm lets you redirect the shade to cover our baby's face, whenever we turn a corner and the direction of the sun changes. And you can usually position it so that it doesn't block baby's view of the world. Much better than hiding him away under the stroller cover to protect him from the sun. The arm is also stiff/sturdy enough to stay in place when there's a bit of wind. Plus it folds up nicely and you can tuck it away when not in use. Would definitely recommend this to parents who like to go for walks in the summer, and want to protect baby from the sun but still let him look around and enjoy the scenery.

blocks sun.
We picked this shade for our car. So far it works ok. The only issue we are running into is the clip is not good, it is shaped more life a claw than a clip and in order to unclip it from something you have to unscrew it. Since the claw has an inch to 2 inch gap you have to clip it onto something that is big around or it flops around and doesn't stay in place very well. This item would work better on a stroller or rearfacing carseat. Doesn't latch very well to the oh Crap handles or the back of the head rest.

50%-Useful, 50%-Annoying
This was the best option I could find for a sun shade that wouldn't block the baby's view of the outside world. It works alright for keeping the sun out of his eyes, BUT it doesn't stay in place well and it needs to be adjusted every few minutes. Also, it would be more useful if the arm was longer. It really only works if the sun is coming from the right or left, not from the front or from above.

Moderately useful.
It's moderately useful. I have it on my twins stroller and while it does block sun, you spend a lot of time readjusting it as you move and if there's a wind it just flops around. I still use it because I think it's better than straight sun, but my husband takes it off the stroller when he takes them out.

loose joint
The last joint to this is loose so that the whole thing flops down. I kept thinking it was me not figuring out the right position so I didn't return it (now I wish I had). Thus for months my grandson has been in the sun in spite of trying to use this. If the last joint worked okay this would be a good idea. Maybe I can find a way to glue it. For me this was a disappointing waste of money. Maybe I just got a bad one.
