I just received this and installed it on my spare room door. It fits perfectly and works great for my suspension trainer. It feels very strong and there's no give or wobble felt. I weigh roughly 250. So it's beefy. For all the people complaining it's poorly designed and their doors will not close...you're using it on the wrong side of the door. It's meant to be used from the non-swinging side of the door. Use it from the correct side and it works perfectly.

Much better and more stable than the door anchor that came with the bands. Easier to install than expected. Exactly what I was looking for.

Used on old bowflex for increased resistance w/out adding rods. Perfect! No safety worries and does a great job. Tested w mini crane scale and added 'weight' precisely w good movement of tubes thru ring. Easy to add more and sturdy enough for more than I can exercise.

Heavy duty but a little thick so hard to close doors

Great for lateral pulls fits my door well and makes my personal gym at home.

Couple things that were not great. 1 Doesnt work on every door. Strange that one of my doors could close just fine but another door couldnt. The other issue is that it rubs on the trim if you do close the door so it will wear away the paint or wood possibly. It does securely fasten to the door so that isnt an issue but with white doors it doors leave a mark. So not really great. I think this is great if your using on a door maybe like at a hotel if your traveling but at home not to great with the doors here. The room I would like to have this on due to the trim in the way we cannot keep it on the door. And door must be closed to use it.
