I had pain in my right knee for years. Xrays showed most of the cartlige was gone. I happened to find this product and bought three boxes. Started at the highest dose for the first box. I noticed a considerable difference in my knee and way less pain. I used the second box at the lower dose and rarely do i have knee pain. I still have stiffness from arthritis but after a few steps I can get going without pain. I am using the third box now and use the product three to four times per week. This seems to be a good maintenance dose for me. I have never written a review before. I decided to write one because for me, this product has worked far beyond my expectations. At this time I have been able to avoid knee surgery. I am closer to 70 than 60 and am overweight. I am just completely happy with this product and would encourage anyone that wants to try it to be dedicated about taking the recommended highest dose that first box. I never missed a dose and I love the results.

This product has worked wonders in alleviating arthritis pain. My one complaint is I do get fish burp. It's disgusting so much so that I'd rather skip taking that part altogether.

Seems to help a lot for my degenerative/herniated disc. I bumped up my water intake, too, so I'm not sure which is helping most, but I had noticeable improvement within a week of making these two changes. You take three pills daily, and they're pretty big. Just FYI.

The medicine helped some. I did not cure the joints but they are some better. I have ordered another round of pills from them and my hopes are high for the cure of my knee joints.
