This is my favorite bedtime tea. Not only is it soothing, calming, and medicinal but the taste is sweet and delicious. As always Celesstial Seasongs delivers great quality at an affordable price.

I have had trouble sleeping through for some time now, and a friend recommended I try this tea. I have tried sleepy tea before but not with melatonin. I have to say that this tea is magical, I always fall asleep within minutes, and I sleep through the night. I wake up refreshed and never groggy like most sleeping pills. It does help if you go to sleep at a good time because sometimes 6-7 hours of sleep is good enough for me so I try to take this tea at around 10pm or 11 pm the latest so I don't wake up at 3 or 4 a.m. But I understand that everyone is different, that's just how it works for me. I absolutely love this tea and it's not so "heavy". However, I do notice that I have to wake up in the middle of the night to pee, so something to do before you go to sleep is to empty out the bladder. I usually drink it and fall asleep immediately, so maybe that's my issue. I am still able to go back to sleep just fine and wake up great, but I will try to use the bathroom beforehand to get that uninterrupted sleep.Overall, I would recommend this. I also suggest that you don't drink it every night as well so that your body doesn't used to it (just like taking sleeping pills).

This tea knocks me OUT. I struggle to fall asleep often, but this stuff makes my eyelids heavy within an hour. Helps keep me asleep as well, without any lingering grogginess in the morning. I’ve taken melatonin pills before yet this tea is more effective. Absolutely give this a try.

This is good tea. I think it tastes good and it's amazing before bed. Helps me get sleepy faster! We have gotten a lot of them. I can't always find at the store so it's nice to be able to order when I need. I'm happy with it

For whatever reason, at 72, I have difficulty getting to and remaining asleep.Previous Sleepytime formulations did not seem to do the trick.However, these, are high-powered - or something! - I now easily go to sleep, and stay asleep!Well done, Celestial Seasonings.

When I read $20 plus for a box of tea, I thought there must be a mistake and that there would be at least four boxes of tea at that price. WRONG!!! There was one box -- 20 tea bags for more than $20.00. Not a good purchase by any stretch of the imagination!!
