I have and use several pocket knives for work that range in price from $30 up to $180. Just the feel of this knife tells me it is well made. Right out of the box it’s SHARP. I’ve had multiple higher priced knives that had a lower quality feel and edge. So far it’s cut through everything faster than I expected. It has a good weight and feels great in the hand. It’s not spring assisted, but it flips out so easy that you’d think it was spring loaded. The hidden clip placement is great and easy to get in and out of your front pocket. All in all I’m honestly surprised that this knife is not $80 - $100 since it could be easily. The only thing that it did not have that I expected it to have since it is a BUBBA BLADE is the grippy handle. However I like the finish it has since the tacky grip probably would not fit in your pocket as smooth. I have several knives from BUBBA BLADE and keep coming back for the quality and price compared to other blades that just don’t match up. They sharpen easily and hold an edge when out to the test. It keeps one hell of a sharp blade.

Shaves my arm right out of package. First thing I did was to remove the clasp. Not needed and didn't want to show all I have a knife. It fits my hand very well. It will not slip with any liquid on it. Folks complain about rust. Kitchen drawers hold Old Hickory knives that have rusted but still retain an edge. If I drop this knife, I can easily find it. Only thing I should do is to use the same Allen wrench to ensure all of the screws are tight.

I bought this as my pocket knife while fishing. Wanted something that would standup to saltwater. So far it has not disappointed me. Live and work on a remote island in the middle of the Pacific. So it has to stand up to rust, sand and salt. It has done so with flying colors so far.

Handle has very sharp edges and will cut into your hand while using this knife and the extra finger guard on the blade will pinch your fingers when you go to close the knife

This is my second knife from them my first one I lost in the water but I’m telling you best product you can own wether it’s fishing, work, or just a knife to keep on your person. It does not dull easily the blade comes sharp enough to shave hair off of your arm it’s a must buy

I needed a new pocket knife for fishing and I already had Bubba blades and know the quality. I saw this knife on their site and took the decision to acquire one based on my past experience with the fillet knife. Excellent product, a little big for a pocket knife but will do the job.
