As soon as i put the elbow sleeves on i noticed a difference . You can immediately feel the compression at work. It helps by increasing blood flow and speeds up recovery time and helps to avoid injuries .The increased blood flow aids with reducing pain and swelling around the joints . They are very comfortable to wear and have a soft neoprene material on the inside so its comfortable with your skin . Not itchy at all like other elbow sleeves I've tried in the past. Its well made and very durable and it stitched together very well with a pattern that makes the stitches sturdier. There is also a mesh material area near the inside of where your elbow bends to ensure proper ventilation so your arm doesn't get sweaty . It has a slick and modern design and the colors are gender neutral so they can be for both men and women so that was definitely a plus. Its comfortable and breatable and provides just the right amount of support to help prevent injuries and recovery for better preformance. I sew at home and i can definitely tell you that these are made very well with premium stitching. The type of stitching professionals use when they want something to last . I was very happy with mine and also thrilled about the fact that they came with a 1 year warranty .
