as a avid cyclist this is perfect product for my aces and pains, perfect for on the go, I bring it to work, keep it in my bike bag, in my car. Its light weight and really works. I've finally made my back to regular exercise and running a few times a week. When I first started again, you can imagine I was pretty sore on a daily basis, especially my calves and thighs. This thing is a god send. Until I found it, I'd massage my legs until my fingers were sore and tired... no more!It's sturdy, gives you the right pressure (or lack of if you prefer) and really does the trick loosening tight, sore legs.And bonus... pretty easy to use on the sides of your neck and shoulders too, which has always been a problem for me. I've always had one of those auto massagers you lean back on but those things end up hurting more than helping. This is the way to go!Highly recommend!

After a pretty significant knee injury, I purchased this, hoping it would be similar to the rolder they used at PT. It is nothing like the foam one they used in PT. I hate this one. I should have spent more money on the foam one.

This roller comes in handy when my hamstrings and calf muscles get super sore from workout. The tool is light and compact enough to store underneath my bed. Price is very affordable.
