Overall Outside Length = 22.75" Overall Outside Width = 16.25" Overall Outside Depth = 10.625" There is a ridge around the top rim that sticks out about 0.5", so the inside dimensions are closer to 21.75" x 15.25 at the top. The sides taper down so the bottom of the container is 20" x 13.75"

One answer to a question says they are 13" high to the top of the lid. Another one says they are 11" high. What are the true measurements?

I just measured one it is 11 inches high to thee top of the lid..These containers are very nice and a good value for the price. I bought the pkg of 6 and actually did not need one they really hold a lot... I used them to clean out a closet with some craft supplies etc..
