Q: Why does it say no messy glue required in description but in instructions it says apply adhesive?

The adhesive is that thin black strip in the package. Put it on then apply the lashes on the strip.

Q: Is this 6 eyelashes (3 pair) or 12 eyelashes (6 pair)?

I'm not sure what you are looking at but I have never got 3 pair, it was either 4 or 6 pair.

Q: Do these need to be worn with eyeliner, looking for something really natural looking?

No eyeliner needed, definitely natural looking when applied 🙂. I love them ❤️!

yes you can .....but yes the glue will wear off ....you just have to apply new glue..best fast trick is to apply glue directly on the lid and press the lashes on=done in one minute!!!!!...have fun!!!
