Got this bag for my wife for Christmas. The straps started falling apart in late April, and then completely detached in early May. Zipper needs waxed constantly as the design doesn’t allow for a continuous smooth catch and constantly gets hung up.

I love this bag so cute but it gets destroyed very easily.

Received it in late December. 2 months after the handles began to come off. So sad. Love DKNY so much and have a lot their bags.

Let me start by saying I Love My Macy's, and DKNY, that's why I'm giving this review at least 2 Stars.Unfortunately, this little bag did not love me back...I take very good care of my bags and personal items and therefore can't believe in less than 6 months this one has fallen apart.The zipper was always hard to maneuver but I dealt with it because I loved the look of this bag and wanted a chestnut color for our February cruise. However, in less than 6 months of minimal use, the shoulder straps are separating from the top of the back-pack and the leather at those seems has completely broken away and is tearing.Years past, I purchased a similar back-pack (but in black) at Marshall's for a fraction of what I spent on this one and the Marshall's back-pack still looks good...zippers are all still in-tact and there are no rips anywhere.I'm so disappointed in the quality of this Macy's/DKNY product and the fact that the "return window" is closed...ughh!Signed,Shocked and Super Sad
