Not the best
Bought these for my two boys. Tried fitting them and they didn’t form to their mouth great. I still had to go out and buy better mouth guards. They made it right and refunded my money

Got this for my grandson
My grandson is 8 years old and he grinds his teeth very badly when he sleeps and he's very restless. This has stopped all of the above. He didn't like it at first but now at bedtime he puts it in without being told.

Better off throwing money in the trash
DO NOT BUY THESE!!! These things should not be allowed to be sold. They are worthless. Melt into a pile of garbage when they’re boiled so they can’t be fitted, and they are not eligible return.
