Not happy with the product. Not sturdy, constantly feel like your going to fall off. Looks and feels cheap not at all what I expected. Although shipping was quick.

Was so excited to find this system so my mom and uncle could access our pool. It arrived with the box held together by tape and missing a piece. I am now on week two of emails, daily calls that ask for a number to call back or they never answer. The step require super strength and power tools to assemble. You have to drill holes to screw it together and fill with gravel. So you are expected to put the gravel in via a hole the size of a nickel. The plastic is about as thick as a kiddie pool so I am pretty sure it will flex like crazy when in the sun. This purchase does not come with an Amazon guarantee and cost quite a bit to return despite it being their fault a piece is missing. Read ALL the reviews. 2 months and still no response!

We bought this based on the reviews thinking it would allow my mom to use the pool. She has arthritis and mixed dementia which slowly depletes climbing, walking, etc. abilities. This ladder looked sturdy and the reviews said it allowed people with arthritis to use the pool. This was not the case. The handrails are not supported/strong enough to use as as a support (would bend at about 30 degrees in each direction when being used), once the gate is attached it encroaches on the staircase and one has to adjust their climb, the pitch is not ANY greater than the ladder that came with the pool.It is nice not having to remove the ladder every night as this has a safety latch, but it was not worth our money because my mom can't use the pool.

So picture it. 4th of July weekend. In the pool cause it’s hotter than a you know what. I’m a big girl. I’ll own up to it but after 5 of my normal size friends got in then out of the pool I go to get out and all the movement popped every stair out of the holes. So my ingenious friends who are slightly drunk at this point re assemble it. Except they are men and determined to fix it from future problems. So I was stuck in the pool for two hours while they screwed everything in place so it cannot pop apart again. Literally. They brought out a drill to make sure the steps stay put.

I just recently purchased your safety pool ladder from amazon and it’s the worst safety ladder ever!!! My 3 year old pulled on the door from the bottom and it popped right open. The heat of the day causes the plastic to bow open making the lock not even lockable at times. my 3 year old could have drowned!!
