لقد جربت العديد من وسادات التدفئة ولكن هذه واحدة من أفضل عمليات الشراء التي قمت بها وغير المؤسفة التي قمت بها حتى الآن. الحيلة هي وضعه على الجلد العاري بحيث يكون التسخين مباشرًا على مناطق الألم وثانيًا يجب أن يتم حصره تحت بطانية حتى لا يهرب الدفء.
